To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the statement made in the answer to the Adjournment debate by the hon. Member for Morecambe and Lunesdale (Mr. Lennox-Boyd) on 24 October,Official Report, column 479, if he is now able to give any further details of his Department's efforts to speed mail deliveries to Iraq and Kuwait.

I am pleased to announce that we have now set up a PO box to receive mail from families of detainees and other British nationals prevented from leaving Iraq. We hope this will improve the reliability and speed of delivery of letters to our people in Iraq. The PO box address is:
