§ Mr. LangThe Industry Department for Scotland encouraged all local enterprise company consortia which had been awarded development funding by 27 March 1990 to consider bidding to run a training credit pilot scheme. Three consortia (Caithness and Sutherland Enterprise, Grampian Enterprise and Fife Enterprise) submitted outline bids by the deadline of 4 May 1990.
§ Mr. WallaceTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what percentage of managing agents providing work-based training under YTS in Scotland are approved training organisations.
§ Mr. LangIn Scotland, 99.7 per cent. of managing agents providing work-based training under YTS are approved training organisations.
