Mr. Kennedy

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the source of the table on page 68, appendix 3(ii), of the Scottish Health Service Advisory Council's publication of December 1989 entitled "Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease in Scotland".

The table was compiled from the following three sources:
