§ Mr. DorrellOur estimates of the financial implications for local authorities of the National Health Service and Community Care Bill are provided in the explanatory and financial memorandum to the Bill. The overall cost of our community care proposals, outlined in the White Paper "Caring for People", is being considered in the current public expenditure survey.
