§ Mr. GristThe provision of hospital staff, accommodation and ambulance services for use with accident and 63W emergency services is already the responsibility of district health authorities by virtue of section 3(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and the NHS Functions (Directions to Authorities and Administrative Arrangements) Regulations 1989.
