§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI am pleased to be able to inform the hon. Member that the Scottish Development Department will be issuing tender documents for the scheme later this month. I can assure the hon. Member that we will start this important improvement at the earliest possible date thereafter and I anticipate that the start to construction will be made in late summer.
