§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardExisting information given to officials concerning the application of the 21-hour rule is published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office in the "Adjudication Officer's Guide", volume 3, and in the "Income Support Manual", section 3, which are available in the Library. The clarification referred to in my reply of 30 April will be published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office in an income support circular.
