§ Mr. MaudeWe support all efforts to improve the lot of displaced persons in camps along the Thai-Cambodian border. Since 1979, the United Kingdom has contributed over £13.7 million in humanitarian assistance via international agencies. If and when neutral camps under direct United Nations administration need to be created as part of a comprehensive political settlement in Cambodia, we would be ready to play our full part in their establishment.
