§ Mr. MoynihanThe memorandum of agreement between the London Docklands development corporation and the London borough of Newham has the objective of producing 1,500 social housing units. The London Docklands development corporation's grants towards schemes at Winsor Park and North Beckton have secured 434 of these. The London Docklands development corporation is considering the arrangements for further schemes in consultation with the Housing Corporation and Newham.
