§ Mr. NeedhamMy noble Friend Lord Skelmersdale has met representatives of the boards on a number of occasions. His discussions with them have covered a wide range of issues concerning the policy and administration of the health and personal social services in Northern Ireland including the progress of the boards in taking forward the reforms set out in "Working for Patients".
