What representations they have made or will make to the Government of South Africa concerning the restrictions placed on Mr. Zwelakhe Sisulu and the New Nation newspaper.

We made repeated representations to the South African Government about restrictions placed on former detainees, including Mr. Zwelakhe Sisulu. We are pleased that all such restrictions were lifted on 2nd February, together with all emergency restrictions on the written press.
