§ Lord ReayStaff from our diplomatic posts in South Africa regularly visit all parts of the country, including Bophuthatswana, and have contact with a range of local opinion. Most recently, an official from our Consulate General in Johannesburg visited Rustenburg on 16th January. Our policy of non-recognition circumscribes our contacts with Bophuthatswana officials.
