§ Mr. WorthingtonTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in theOfficial Report tables, covering the years 1983–84 to 1991–92 and consistent with the table for programmes 2 and 15.3 on page 40 of "Public Expenditure to 1991–92: A Commentary on the Scotland Programme", showing (a) gross expenditure, parallel to the table appended to the Secretary of State's statement to the House on 6 December 1989, Official Report, columns 330–33 and (b) a table of receipts, following as closely as is practicable the receipts analysis for the Highlands and Islands Development Board on page 47 of the said commentary.
§ Mr. Lang[holding answer 17 January 1990]: Gross expenditure on programmes 15.2 and 15.3 for the period 1983–84 to 1989–90 is set out in the table. Details of expenditure plans for the financial years 1990–91 and 1991–92 will be set out in the Scottish commentary on public expenditure to 1992–93 which will be published in due course.
An analysis of receipts for the Scottish Development Agency is not available in the form requested.
