§ Mr. Peter LloydIt has been the policy of successive Governments that there should be full recovery from fees of the cost of operating the firearms licensing system. As a step towards this end my right hon. and learned Friend laid before Parliament on 27 February the Firearms (Variation of Fees) Order 1990, a copy of which is in the Library.
