§ Mr. Grist"Contracts for Health Services: Operating Contracts" was issued to Health Service management in Wales on 6 March 1990 under cover of a letter from the director, NHS Wales. Subject to discussion with district health authorities and other health interests in Wales, the arrangements proposed in the guidance will apply in the Principality.
