§ Mr. Alex Carlile
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in theOfficial Report the number and amount of each fine levied for offences involving litter in Wales since 1 January 1985; and if he will make a statement.

The information requested is given in the table. Data for 1989 will not be available until autumn 1990.
