To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the amount of food exported by the European Economic Community to the Soviet Union and eastern Europe; and what was the cost of the export rebates involved over the past 12 months.

For the main agricultural commodities, the table shows the most recent data available on the volume of exports. The cost of the export refunds involved could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
