§ Mr. McLoughlinI very much welcome the moves by Luton council to sell Luton airport to the private sector.214W My officials communicate regularly with officers of Luton borough council on a range of airport matters, including its possible sale. My hon. Friend will be aware that the council was recommended by its advisers to await the Civil Aviation Authority's advice to my right hon. Friend on airport and airspace capacity before holding detailed discussions with interested parties. Publication of the authority's advice is expected next month.
