To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will obtain for his departmental library a copy of the transcript of the BBC Radio Four programme, "Face the Facts", broadcast on 13 June.

§ Mr. Dorrell
No. Whilst the Department is aware of its content, the programme was concerned in the main with compensation claims in respect of families who had been in some way connected with the operations of the Sellafield reprocessing plant. Matters relating to nuclear safety are the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy.
