Regional health authorities were notified of amounts due in respect of the period to 31 December 1989 on 7 March 1990, and in respect of the period January to 31 March 1990, on 14 June 1990. Information is not held centrally about the amount apportioned by regions to district health authorities nor when such amounts 'were notified.
