What is to be the liability of Nuclear Electric in relation to its nuclear power stations; whether its liability will be limited, and, if so, at what figure; and in the event of an accident causing damage above that figure, who will meet the costs of compensation.
§ Viscount UllswaterThe arrangements regarding the liability of licensees of nuclear installations set out in the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (as amended) apply to Nuclear Electric in the same way and with the same limits as they applied to the CEGB.
