§ Mr. NichollsContracts with providers are negotiated for the number of places considered appropriate to meet local needs and in particular those who have special training needs. Training providers are responsible for running their programmes in accordance with their contract. Thus they are responsible for their own staff, including staff redundancies should they occur.
