§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 24 May 1990]: The administrative costs (including overheads) of the agricultural development programme incurred by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland to the end of March 1990 are estimated to be 1.103 million. There has been negligible expenditure on administration of ADP at the colleges, whose principal contribution is the provision of advisory services.
