§ Mr. ScottPeople discharged from mental and care institutions into bed and breakfast hotels or temporary accommodation are eligible for the full range of social security benefits in the usual way. They will also be eligible for support from the health and personal social services which are the responsibility in England of my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Health.
