§ Mr. GristIt is a matter for local health authorities to consider how to provide catering services in a safe and effective way, and this may include the consideration of a cook-chill system.
Detailed guidelines on cook-chill and cook-freeze catering systems were issued to the NHS in Wales in July 1989.
