§ Mr. HoyleTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how much was paid by Warrington and Runcorn development corporation in redundancy payments to each senior officer, other than the head of department, in the marketing department;
(2) how Warrington and Runcorn development corporation assessed the appropriate fee reductions in respect of work for other clients carried out by business ventures using its property;
(3) whether Warrington and Runcorn development corporation had unrestricted access to information about what contracts the business ventures using its property had with other clients;
(4) how much was deducted from fees paid to each business venture by Warrington and Runcorn development corporation to take account of (a) the cost of gas and electricity, (b) rates and (c) the use of their property; and how these deductions were calculated;
(5) what fees were paid by Warrington and Runcorn development corporation to each business venture; and what would have been the cost of retaining these services in house in each case;
(6) if he will make it his policy for all future contracts to be awarded on the basis of competitive tendering.
