To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement about his implementation of the agreements from the last North sea conference.

The targets and timetables set by Her Majesty's Government for implementation of the agreements reached at the third North sea conference in March this year were published in the United Kingdom guidance note on the ministerial declaration on 6 July 1990. This publication is available in the Library of the House.
