§ Mr. CunliffeTo ask the Attorney-General (1) if he will name the individuals or organisations who replied to his consultation paper on bereavement damages and who are in favour of(a) increasing the limit to (i) £5,000 and (ii) £10,000 or (b) leaving the limit unchanged;
(2) if he will make a statement on his evaluation of the responses to his consultation paper on bereavement damages before the summer recess.
