HC Deb 19 July 1990 vol 176 c724W
Mr. William Ross

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what information he has on the incidence of organised dog fighting in Northern Ireland; and whether any prosecutions have been brought for this activity in the last four years.

Mr. Cope

[holding answer 27 June 1990]: I am advised by the Chief Constable that information held centrally does not distinguish dog fighting from other offences of cruelty to animals.
