§ Mr. GristThe booklet that we propose to distribute to all households in Wales will, of course, contain accurate information and advice. It will not address hypothetical problems arising from the implementation of the Act. Following the initial adjustment to the new arrangements nurseries we have every reason to believe that the advantages stemming from the reforms will be recognised and welcomed widely.
