§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many times regulation 16 of the Service Committee and Tribunal Regulations has been invoked in respect of(a) excessive prescribing and (b) under-prescribing by each family practitioner committee in each of the past five years for which figures are available.
§ Mr. GristRegulation 16 has been invoked once during the last five years in respect of a case of excessive prescribing in the West Glamorgan FPC area.
