§ Mrs. RumboldThe standard spending assessments for education will replace the education grant-related expenditure assessments on 1 April 1990 as the education component of the assessment by which revenue support grant is distributed. The methodology for determining156W education standard spending assessments was decided after extensive consultation with the local authority associations.
