§ Mr. NichollsNo new code of practice was introduced on 5 February 1990 to cover radiation exposure limits of the workforce. The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) published on that date a consultative document inviting comment on proposals for additional guidance on radiation protection. The proposals represent interim action recommended by the HSC to take account of revised estimates of risk from radiation. A copy of the consultative document has been placed in the Library of the House.
