§ Mr. NichollsDecisions about which inspectors supervise a particular project falling within the scope of the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act are internal management matters for the Health and Safety Executive. If such a project is or concerns a mine as defined in the Mines and Quarries Act, it will be the exclusive concern of the mines inspectorate.
