§ Baroness BlatchFunds available to Morley College after 1st April 1990 will include grant from the London Residuary Body raised by levy on the inner London boroughs. The Secretary of State will shortly issue a direction on grant to be paid by the London Residuary Body. Funds will also be available to the college from student fee income and from other sources identified in the college's development plan.
