§ Mr. Gareth WardellTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the confirmed pollution incidents in Wales since the establishment of the Welsh region of the National Rivers Authority, specifying the nature and extent of the pollution, and indicating (i) whether a prosecution is pending, (ii) the number of prosecutions that have occurred, and (iii) the number of prosecutions that have been successful together with the penalties.
