§ Mr. Nicholas BennettAdvice to local housing authorities concerning the allocation of council houses was produced by the housing management advisory panel for Wales in February 1988, and issued from the Department with the endorsement of the then Committee of Welsh District Councils. If the hon. Gentleman has any suggestions for further advice I should be happy to consider them.
