§ Mr. NichollsThe Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) came into force on 1 October 1989 and their implementation is being monitored by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). It is too early for the HSE to comment on the effectiveness of paragraphs 77 and 78 of the COSHH approved code of practice.
