§ Mr. BaldryThe question of whether filtered vented containment should be fitted at Sizewell B is a matter for Nuclear Electric, which must satisfy the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate (NII) on the safety of the station. If the NII concludes that the balance of safety considerations favours the use of filtered vented containment, it has the power to require it to be fitted.
