§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe budget for the best practice programme for 1990–91 is £11.9 million. The programme's primary objectives are to foster research, development, demonstration and dissemination of energy-efficient technologies and techniques and so to advance and spread good practice in energy efficiency in industrial processes, commercial and public sectors and buildings including housing.
