§ Mr. EggarTerms of sale have been agreed with Astra Training Services Limited covering 46 skill centres, together with the Skills Training Agency's head office, mobile training service, sales teams and colleges, and involving a payment from the Government to Astra in respect of the entire business of some £11 million. All four skill centres located in Wales are included in the sale package.
