To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in theOfficial Report a list of those medical conditions which cannot be treated by hospitals within Scotland but can be treated by hospitals within England.

None; although in practice patients' conditions requiring certain surgical procedures, for example heart and liver transplants and pancreatic implants, are currently treated in specialised units in England.
