Mr. Maginnis

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will make it his policy that those soldiers in the Ulster Defence Regiment who were arrested in connection with the Stevens inquiry but who were not charged with a scheduled offence, are properly compensated for losses incurred as a result of having to move home for security reasons.
