§ Mr. TrippierThe European Communities climatology and natural hazards research programme EPOCH runs for four years from its adoption on 20 November 1989. The European Commission has invited research proposals which are still undergoing selection with the advice of member states; it is not yet possible to say how many United Kingdom institutions will participate.
