Mr. Robert HughesTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now call upon the Government of South Africa to cease all executions of opponents of apartheid to meet the preconditions proposed by the Organisation of African Unity to create a climate for negotiations in South Africa.
