§ Mr. RentonMy right hon. Friend placed in the Library on 21 April a list of the main organisations which submitted comments on the broadcasting White Paper which he announced in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Westminster, North (Mr. Wheeler) at column342. I regret that the further information sought would involve a fresh analysis of more than 3,000 submissions and could therefore be provided only at disproportionate cost.
