To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) what is the intended purpose of the 15 new aircraft shelters at Boscombe Down for which planning permission has been sought by the Property Services Agency;

(2) whether the United States of America Air Force will use any of the 15 new aircraft shelters at Boscombe Down RAF station for which planning permission has been sought by the Property Services Agency.
