§ Sir Geoffrey HoweEstimate provision included in the House of Commons Members' salaries etc vote for(a) office costs allowance (OCA) and (b) additional costs allowance (ACA) in 1988–89 was £14,683,000 and £5,174,000 respectively.
The total claimed and paid to Members in the year in respect of OCA was £14,568,579.36, and for ACA £5,384,650.53.
