How many prosecutions for pollution offences have been brought to court or are pending as a result of the National Rivers Authority taking action against alleged offences.

I understand that since 1st September this year when the National Rivers Authority fully assumed its responsibilities under the Water Act 1989, 53 court cases in relation to pollution offences have been heard and 83 similar cases are pending.
