(Scotland) Act 1980 and section 1 of the Tenants' Rights, Etc. (Scotland) Amendment Act 1980; if he will give his information for each of the years to date since 1980; and if he will further give the total number of cases where he has authorised a landlord to serve a notice of refusal for each of the years to date since 1980.
